quan yinDeborah Stanfill credits her love of the healing arts to a study and practice of Eastern and Western mystical traditions for over 25 years. She has studied acupuncture and oriental medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico and at the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NIAOM) in Seattle, Washington where she received her MS in acupuncture (M.Ac.). She has been licensed by the State of Washington (L.Ac.) since 1995 and maintains diplomate status with the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Dipl.Ac.) She studied harmonic medicine with the founders of Acutonics®, Donna Carey and Marjorie de Muynck. She continues to study and practice a variety of qigong forms, Taiji Quan and External Qi Healing taught by Ken Cohen. She has worked with Michael Harner method lillyshamanic practitioners Scott Church and Lenore Norrgard and she has studied and practices BodyTalk energy-based techniques and Energy Medicine taught by Donna Eden.

Deborah established her private practice in Seattle in 1995. She has served as a clinic supervisor on the faculty at NIAOM and as a diagnostician acupuncturist for a National Institutes of Health (NIH) chronic low back pain research study. She continues to seek a deeper understanding of health and well-being and finds her clients to be her primary source of inspiration and wisdom.
